Overview

As the UX Owner for Škoda Auto’s Digital Showroom, I led a comprehensive redesign of the in-dealership digital experience, ensuring that customers and sales representatives could seamlessly explore vehicle configurations and features. Recognizing the need for deeper user insights, I successfully advocated for and implemented real-world usability testing to inform design decisions.
